To receive authorization to act as a public weighmaster, a person must receive a license from the commissioner. In order to qualify for a license, a person must:(1) Be able to weigh or measure accurately;(2) Be able to prepare correct certificates;(3) Be a citizen of the United States;(4) Be at least eighteen (18) years of age; and(5) Possess other qualifications required by regulations promulgated under this part.
