Section 47-9-701 - Effective date

This act takes effect on July 1, 2001. References in this part to 'this act' refer to the legislative enactment by which this chapter is added to Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 47. References in this part to 'former Chapter 9' are to Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 47, Chapter 9, as in effect immediately before July 1, 2001.Acts 2000, ch. 846, § 1.
