Section 48-11-308 - Evidentiary effect of copy of filed document

A certificate attached or certification affixed to a copy of a document filed by the secretary of state, bearing the secretary of state's signature (which may be in facsimile or other electronic format) and the seal of this state, is conclusive evidence that the original document is on file with the secretary of state.Acts 1986, ch. 887, § 1.37; 1987, ch. 273, § 17; 2012, ch. 1051, § 15.
