Section 48-244-101 - Merger

(a)Merger. With or without a business purpose and pursuant to a plan of merger, a domestic LLC may merge with or into one (1) or more entities formed or organized under the laws of this state or foreign jurisdiction, with the domestic LLC or such other entity, as the plan of merger shall provide, being the surviving or resulting domestic LLC or other entity.(b) After a plan of merger is approved and before the merger takes effect, the plan may be amended or abandoned as provided in the plan.Acts 1994, ch. 868, § 1.
