Section 48-249-1011 - Evidentiary effect of copy of filed document

A certificate attached or certification affixed to a copy of a document filed with the secretary of state, bearing the secretary of state's signature, which may be in facsimile, and the seal of this state, is conclusive evidence that the original document is on file with the secretary of state.Acts 2005, ch. 286, § 1.
