Section 48-249-1133 - Applicability - Savings clause

Section 48-249-1002 applies to domestic PLLCs, including domestic PLLCs formed under the Tennessee Limited Liability Company Act, compiled in chapters 201-248 of this title, and LLCs formed under the Tennessee Limited Liability Company Act, for which professional LLC status has been elected under the Tennessee Limited Liability Company Act, and foreign PLLCs to the same extent as those provisions apply to other domestic and foreign LLCs.Acts 2005, ch. 286, § 1.
