Section 48-101-110 - Membership of financial institutions

Any financial institution may request membership in the corporation by making application to the board of directors on such form and in such manner as the board of directors may require, and membership shall become effective upon acceptance of such application by the board.Acts 1959, ch. 170, § 7; T.C.A., §§ 48-1710, 48-3-110.
