Section 48-101-627 - Foreign professional corporation - Revocation of certificate of authority

The secretary of state may administratively revoke under chapter 25, part 3 of this title the certificate of authority for a foreign professional corporation authorized to transact business in this state if a licensing authority with jurisdiction over a professional service described in this corporation's charter certifies to the secretary of state that the corporation has violated or is violating a provision of this part and describes the violation in the certificate.Acts 1992, ch. 698, § 1; T.C.A., § 48-3-627.
