Section 48-103-109 - Fees and expenses

(a) The commissioner shall charge a filing fee of one hundred dollars ($100) for a registration statement filed by an offeror and one hundred dollars ($100) for a request for hearing filed by an offeree company.(b) The expenses reasonably attributable to any hearing held under this part shall be charged ratably to the offeror and the offeree company, unless otherwise ordered by the commissioner.Acts 1976, ch. 536, § 2; T.C.A., §§ 48-2109, 48-5-109, 48-35-109.
