Section 48-103-110 - Injunction

Whenever it appears to the commissioner that any person, including an affiliate or associate of an offeror or offeree company, has engaged or is about to engage in any act or practice constituting a violation of this part or any rule or order hereunder, the commissioner may apply for equitable relief to the chancery court of Davidson County, or any other chancery court having jurisdiction. Upon a proper showing, the court may grant a permanent or temporary injunction or restraining order, or may order recision of any sales or purchases of securities determined to be unlawful under this part or any rule or order hereunder.
