Section 48-103-311 - Actions for violations of part

Actions may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction for violations of this part, in the same manner as any other civil action, by the corporation, the interested shareholder, by the other shareholders of issued and outstanding voting stock of the corporation, or by the attorney general and reporter.Acts 1988, ch. 500, § 19; T.C.A., § 48-35-311.
