Section 48-103-405 - Construction with laws of other jurisdictions

If any jurisdiction under the laws of which an authorized corporation is organized adopts any laws containing provisions that are expressly inconsistent with this part as applicable to such authorized corporation, this part shall be inapplicable to such authorized corporation to the extent necessary to resolve such inconsistency.Acts 1988, ch. 500, § 25; T.C.A., § 48-35-405.
