Section 48-103-406 - Severability

If any provision or clause of this part or application thereof to any corporation, person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this part which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end this part is declared to be severable.Acts 1988, ch. 500, § 26; T.C.A., § 48-35-406.
