Section 48-58-103 - Number of directors

(a) A board of directors must consist of three (3) or more natural persons, with the number specified in or fixed in accordance with the charter or bylaws.(b) The number of directors may be increased or decreased (but to no fewer than three (3)) from time to time by amendment to, or in the manner prescribed in, the charter or bylaws.Acts 1987, ch. 242, § 8.03.
