Any person aggrieved by a final order of the commissioner under this part may obtain judicial review of the order in the chancery court of Davidson County by proceedings in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Acts 1980, ch. 866, § 20; T.C.A., § 48-16-120; T.C.A., § 48-2-120.
