Section 49-1-209 - Management information system

The commissioner of education is authorized to prescribe a management information system through which local school systems maintain, record and report information to the department and information for internal school and system management. The system shall be established by the commissioner in accordance with the standards and policies and procedures established by the information system council.Acts 1992, ch. 535, § 4.
