Section 49-1-314 - Responsibility of LEAs in developing instructional programs under state standards

Each LEA shall be responsible for developing and implementing the instructional programs under the state standards adopted by the state board that best fit its students' educational needs, that achieve levels of proficiency or advanced mastery, and that vigorously promote individual teacher creativity and autonomy.Added by 2015 Tenn.
