Section 49-1-904 - Identification of schools with low reading scores

The department of education shall identify schools with consistently low reading scores in kindergarten through grade twelve (K-12) and assure that measures for improvement are addressed in the schools' improvement plans.Acts 2000, ch. 911, § 1.
