(a) 'Career and technical education center' means a training program or school organized to provide training in career and technical education to pupils in an area consisting of more than one (1) county.(b) Such a school may be organized to serve both rural and urban areas, and its area shall consist of at least two (2) or more counties and may include the cities and special school districts in the counties.Amended by 2015 Tenn.
