Vocational rehabilitation services shall be provided to any individual with a disability in accordance with a policy or policies promulgated by the department:(1) Whose vocational rehabilitation the director determines, after full investigation, can be satisfactorily achieved; or(2) Who is eligible for vocational rehabilitation under the terms of an agreement with the federal government.Amended by 2019 Tenn.
