(a) The grant amount allowed under this part shall be limited to five thousand dollars ($5,000) per employer in any calendar year.(b) The total amount of grants provided to employers under this part shall not exceed one million dollars ($1,000,000) for any calendar year.Added by 2018 Tenn.
