(a) The planning commission shall make a comprehensive study of the need for, issues in, and problems of consolidation of the various county school systems.(b) The study shall be completed and a written report made and filed with the commissioner of education within one (1) year after the first meeting of the planning commission.Acts 1992, ch. 535, § 65.
