Section 49-4-208 - Employee benefits

The employees of the Tennessee student assistance corporation shall be entitled to the same employee benefits as state employees. The required employees' contributions shall be paid by the participating employees, and the employers' contributions and any other costs shall be paid by the Tennessee student assistance corporation rather than by the funds of the state.Acts 1974, ch. 620, § 25; T.C.A., §§ 49-5025, 49-50-123.
