Section 49-4-307 - Transfer students

(a) Any award recipient who desires to transfer from one institution to another must notify TSAC and secure its authorization to transfer.(b) Failure to notify TSAC and secure its authorization may result in the loss of the award.Acts 1976, ch. 415, § 7; 1977, ch. 351, § 4; T.C.A., § 49-5018, 49-50-118.
