Section 49-4-910 - HOPE scholarship - Transfers between eligible postsecondary institutions

A student who receives a Tennessee HOPE scholarship and attends an eligible postsecondary institution may transfer to another eligible postsecondary institution without loss of the scholarship; provided, that the student continues to meet all requirements for the scholarship. The scholarship award shall be the award applicable to the eligible postsecondary institution to which the student transferred. Acts 2003, ch. 298, § 1.
