The institutes shall be provided without cost to those attending; however, participant travel, living and incidental costs may be at the expense of the participant; or if the LEA so determines, it may reimburse from school funds its participants for their reasonable expenses, not exceeding amounts authorized for state employees in the comprehensive travel regulations as promulgated by the department of finance and administration and approved by the attorney general and reporter.Acts 1984 (1st E.S.), ch. 7, § 78; 1986, ch. 933, § 17.
