Section 49-5-708 - Effect of leave on teacher's rights

Any teacher on leave shall retain any accumulated tenure, salary or fringe benefit credits; and the leave shall not be construed to work a forfeiture of any accumulated tenure, salary or fringe benefit credits.Acts 1951, ch. 76, § 8 (Williams, § 2345.8); Acts 1973, ch. 298, § 1; T.C.A.
