(a) The school boards shall adopt the necessary rules and regulations, fix the basis or amounts of the annuities and the contributions made and prescribe all other necessary provisions to put this part into operation.(b) Any rule or regulation that affects either the collections or expenditures of the fund shall be approved by the municipal governing authorities in case of city or town schools, and by the county court in case of county or district schools.Acts 1917, ch. 76, § 2; Shan., § 1469b2 (p. 6544); Shan.
