Section 49-50-1007 - Sharing of same president, director of schools, or officers prohibited

The Tennessee School for the Blind, the Tennessee School for the Deaf, the West Tennessee School for the Deaf, and the Alvin C. York Agricultural Institute shall not share the same president, director of schools, or officers at the same time.Added by 2019 Tenn. Acts, ch. 460,s 1, eff. 5/21/2019.
