(a) Pursuant to the funding mechanisms specified in this part or later adopted, the following television stations shall be eligible to receive grants from the state: (1) WSJK, Sneedville;(2) WTCI, Chattanooga;(3) WCTE, Cookeville;(4) WLJT, Lexington/Jackson;(5) WKNO, Memphis;(6) WDCN, Nashville; and(7) WKOP, Knoxville.(b) No station not listed in this section shall be eligible for grants or financial support from the state.(c) In addition to grants provided under this part, departments and agencies of the state are authorized to contract with the stations listed in this section for specific services that may be required by such departments.Acts 1984, ch. 514, § 3; 1990, ch. 1005, §§ 1, 2.
