(a) No official of state government shall have the authority to attempt to influence the content of any individual program or series of programs or to influence the treatment of any subject by any eligible station as defined by this part.(b) All eligible stations as defined in this part are extended the same protections of freedom of press and freedom from search and seizure as are extended to other journalistic enterprises in this state.Acts 1984, ch. 514, § 11.
