For the programs authorized by §§ 49-6-103 - 49-6-110, the appropriation from excess net education lottery proceeds available under title 4, chapter 51 and chapter 4, part 9 of this title shall not exceed twenty-five million dollars ($25,000,000) in any fiscal year.Acts 2005, ch. 312, § 1.
