LEAs are authorized to offer internship programs for elective credits in the high school curriculum through cooperative agreements with local or state governments in the geographical area served by the LEA. An internship program must be a minimum of six (6) weeks and may be offered during the summer or the school year.Acts 2019, ch. 304, § 1.
