Section 49-6-3027 - High school student members of the state board of education

A student who is appointed to serve as the public high school student member of the state board of education pursuant to § 49-1-301 must be credited as present by the public high school in which the student is enrolled for the time the student spends in the performance of the student's duties as a member of the state board of education. The student's participation as the public high school student member of the state board of education must not be counted as an absence, either excused or unexcused.Added by 2024 Tenn.
