Section 49-6-404 - Teacher qualifications

All teachers of any type of high school provided in this part shall be qualified by education or otherwise for giving instruction in the subjects of the course of study, and no person shall be employed to teach any subject or subjects in the schools who does not hold a license issued by the commissioner of education authorizing the person to teach those subjects.Acts 1925, ch. 115, § 14; Shan.
