Section 49-6-4210 - Disposal of contraband

Any dangerous weapon or drug located by the principal or other staff member in the course of a search shall be turned over to the appropriate law enforcement officer for proper disposal.Acts 1981, ch. 368, § 2; T.C.A., § 49-9-411.
