Section 49-6-601 - Transfer of credit earned

Any course work successfully completed in accordance with rules of the state board of education in a summer program of a school approved by the commissioner of education under § 49-1-201 is fully transferable to any other approved school.Acts 1986, ch. 690, § 1.
