Section 49-6-706 - Funding for costs incurred in administering programs

Costs incurred by the department in administering the programs established by this part that provide a system of competitive grants and technical assistance for eligible organizations providing after school educational programs consistent with the Constitution of Tennessee, Article XI, § 5 shall be funded from the LEAP grant fund as part of such programs.Acts 2006, ch. 940, § 3; 2008, ch. 1175, § 4.
