A student who meets the requirements of the early high school graduation program under this part shall be eligible for a Tennessee HOPE scholarship; provided, that the student meets all nonacademic requirements for the scholarship of chapter 4, part 9 of this title that are applicable to the student.Acts 2011, ch. 488, § 6; T.C.A., § 49-6-8305.
