Section 49-7-1003 - Part incorporated in policies and procedures of board of regents

For the purpose of fulfilling the requirements of § 49-7-1002(a) and (b), it is the intent of the legislature that this part shall be made a formal part of the policies and procedures of the board of regents, the board of trustees of the University of Tennessee, and the state university boards.Amended by 2018 Tenn.
