Each state institution of higher education shall notify parents of enrolled students of the parents' rights to view student records under the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) ( 20 U.S.C. § 1232g ) on the institution's website. Acts 2018, ch. 894, § 2.
