Section 49-7-1211 - Authority of the higher education commission to establish policies and guidelines and to promulgate rules and regulations

The higher education commission, in consultation with the department of labor and workforce development and the department of economic and community development, is authorized to establish any policies and guidelines, and to promulgate rules and regulations, to effectuate the purposes of this part. Such rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Added by 2013 Tenn. Acts, ch. 338,s 12, eff. 1/1/2014.
