Section 49-7-1212 - Monitoring of program by the higher education commission - Periodic reporting by colleges of applied technology and community colleges

The higher education commission shall monitor the operation of the LEAP, and require periodic reporting by the colleges of applied technology and community colleges conducting the programs as the executive director deems appropriate, reasonable and necessary to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the programs throughout the state.Added by 2013 Tenn.
