The Tennessee higher education commission shall establish rules and procedures applicable to students who are seeking a tuition credit or refund as set forth in this part. The commission shall have the authority to establish the procedure for application by the student to receive a tuition credit or refund, to determine what type of documentation would be required to establish proof of active military duty and to establish any other requirements the commission determines necessary to determine the eligibility of students for a tuition credit or refund from state colleges or universities.Acts 1991, ch. 151, § 3.
