Section 49-7-806 - Tuition contracts

The board may enter into a tuition contract with a purchaser for the purchase of tuition units on behalf of a beneficiary through the educational services plan or for the creation and deposit of contributions to a savings account through the educational savings plan, or both; provided, that the total amount of contributions made to both plans on behalf of a single designated beneficiary does not exceed any limits imposed by the board pursuant to § 49-7-805.Acts 1996, ch. 991, § 1; 1999, ch. 233, § 14.
