Section 49-8-1206 - Abolition of former institute and community college - Transfer of programs and assets

The State Technical Institute at Memphis and Shelby State Community College, both established pursuant to § 49-8-101, are abolished. Their campuses, property, programs and assets shall be transferred to the Southwest Tennessee Community College.Acts 1999, ch. 510, § 2; 2009 , ch. 352, § 6.
