Section 49-8-1207 - Continuation of legal and contractual rights and obligations

Any legal or contractual rights, duties, obligations, or evidences of debt (powers and authorities) of Shelby State Community College and the State Technical Institute of Memphis shall not be modified, altered, amended or abrogated by this part and shall become the rights, duties, or obligations of the new institution.Acts 1999, ch. 510, § 2.
