Subject to approval by its state university board, the University of Memphis is authorized to enter into an indemnity agreement with the United States nuclear regulatory commission, as required pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 2210 and 10 C.F.R. § 140.95, in connection with its nuclear facility operating license.Amended by 2016 Tenn.
