(a) Notwithstanding any law, regulation or personnel policy to the contrary, the following positions are authorized and established in the Center for Industrial Services: (1) One (1) program director; and(2) Two (2) waste audit engineers.(b) The program director shall be located in Knoxville, to establish and manage the program established in § 49-9-403(b). One (1) waste audit engineer shall be assigned to work in the middle Tennessee area and one (1) waste audit engineer shall be assigned to work in the west Tennessee area. Appropriate travel expenses and support personnel shall be provided for all positions created in subsection (a).Acts 1986, ch. 917, § 2.
