The board of trustees of the University of Tennessee shall establish the College of Veterinary Medicine in the Institute of Agriculture at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and shall provide for full joint utilization of the physical facilities, equipment and basic science staff of the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources and the University of Tennessee.Acts 1974, ch. 549, §§ 3, 4; T.C.A., § 49-3363.
